2018 Special Christmas Eve & Day Services

Please Join Us For a Most Spiritual Christmas Eve Service Under the Stars!

CHRISTMAS EVE – Our special Christmas Eve Service begins with seasonal music and carol singing promptly at 7 pm on Monday, December 24, 2018.  We suggest you plan to arrive early to find a parking spot and seat.  The outdoor sanctuary is gloriously decorated for a very spiritual evening to celebrate the arrival of Baby Jesus.

We have many special music worship events planned throughout the service, from caroling to the service’s start with the blowing of the Pu and a Hawaiian oli wehe (blowing of the conch shell and chanted prayer), to special choir performances, to the Hawaiian gift of music and hula by the Camarillo ‘ohana.

As it will be dark, we recommend that you bring flashlights to safely find your way in and then use them for reading the service bulletins and hymnals. It might be a bit cool, so bring a jacket or blanket, if you are so inclined.

We are an inclusive church that welcomes all.  Please join us for one of the most beautiful Christmas Eve services on the island!

CHRISTMAS DAY – The Christmas Day Service is a quiet, spoken service, and begins at 9 am on Tuesday, December 25, 2018.  What better way to celebrate the arrival of our Lord thank in a beautiful outdoor sanctuary built in the Historic Hawaiian Ruins of the famous David Malo Church?

We wish you and yours a Mele Kalikimaka e Hau’oli Makahiki Hou!
